Our foundational Everyday Support is designed to make daily life easier while helping seniors remain comfortable, independent, and connected in their own homes. We take our time during every visit to provide meaningful support based on each client's individual needs and preferences.
Everyday Support can include:
- 🏠 Light Housekeeping – Tidying, dusting, wiping surfaces, dishes, and other light household tasks.
- 🍽️ Meal Preparation – Preparing simple meals and snacks and helping with meal planning and preparation.
- 💊 Medication Reminders – Friendly reminders to take medications as directed by their healthcare provider. (We do not administer medications.)
- ❤️ Companionship – Conversation, social interaction, reading together, and simply having someone there.
- 🚶 Walks & Gentle Activity – Accompanying clients on walks and encouraging safe, appropriate activity.
- 🧩 Games & Puzzles – Cards, puzzles, board games, trivia, and other activities chosen by the client.
- 🎨 Hobbies & Interests – Encouraging clients to continue enjoying the hobbies and activities they love.
- 💚 Wellness Check-Ins – Taking time to see how a client is doing and noting any concerns that may need to be communicated to family.
- 🛡️ Fall Prevention & Safety Checks – Looking for potential tripping hazards, helping keep pathways clear, and identifying everyday safety concerns within the home.
- 🧺 Laundry & Linen Changes – Assistance with laundry and changing bed linens.
- 📱 Technology Help – Helping with everyday technology such as phone settings, television remotes, basic device questions, and other technology challenges.

Outings and Errands
Sometimes getting out of the house or keeping up with errands can be challenging. Our Outings & Errands service provides additional support when you or your loved one needs help getting things done.

We can accompany clients on outings such as:

Go-For-You Errands
Prefer to stay home? We can take care of certain errands on your behalf, including grocery shopping, prescription pickups, and other everyday errands.
Our goal is to help seniors stay connected to their community while making everyday responsibilities easier and more manageable.

- 🧹 Full House Cleaning – For clients who require more than light housekeeping, we can provide more extensive household cleaning.
- 🏡 Home Organization – Assistance getting cupboards, closets, rooms, and household spaces organized and manageable.
- 🌿 Lawn Care & Gardening – Help with seasonal outdoor tasks and maintaining outdoor spaces.
